Organic farming product that is produced on the same day without any chemical substances. Produced from olive trees that are cultivated by thirty of our farmers. Mature olives from two different varieties, Koroneiki and Tsounati are harvested under the strictest rules of hygiene, that is why the product has been certified as to its biological cultivation through BIO HELLAS, the Inspection and Certification Body for Organic Products, since 2006.The low altitude of the region where the organic olive groves are cultivated and the harvesting at the early maturation stage give it its rich fruity flavor and its unique aroma. Its content in oleic acid is quite low (up to 0.7%), whereas the ingredients that are necessary for our daily nutrition, such as polyphenols and fatty acids, are high (up to 70-80%). Suitable for all kinds of food, it further enriches the flavor of the ingredients, giving your dishes a unique taste.
